Acai Berry and Hoodia weight loss pills?

I’ve been looking on line for online pharmacy no prescription needed these products and the cost of them is outragious! So, I went to GNC and of course they carry several product of this nature but they are much less. Has anyone ever bought these items from GNC? If you have, do they work?

They are just scams, and they’re not good for you.
If you want to lose weight, exercise 4-5 times a week (hard cardio), do strength training with 3lb dumbbells so that you’ll develop lean muscle and eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. Add bio-live yogurt to your diet, stick with homemade porridge and whole grains, reduce fatty red meat, eat a tbsp of nuts/seeds a day, try hummus or peanut butter as a spread.
It isn’t simple and quick like pills, but it gets results you can actually stick with and maintain. Obviously you can’t take a pill your entire life, and you’ll mess up your body & your metabolism if you do anyway!
Be smart with your body, is what I’m saying. You only get one, so nurture it.

Most of the Hoodia products sold at GNC don’t contain Hoodia even though they all say on the box that they do. They will put kinds of pieces of paper in the box to try and prove it to you but they’re all fake. Hoodia is an extremely rare plant from Africa. The expensive stuff you found might be real but there is no sure fire way to know unless it has been evaluated by the FDA. I found I was allergic to the hoodia crap sold at GNC. I have no experience with Acai Berry.
If you really want to lose weight with a pill (phentermine) is probably the only thing that truly works. However the only problem with phentermine after a while it stops working and you have to create good eating habits. You can only get this pill from a doctor.
I lost 100 lbs with phentermine diet and exercise. Been off the phentermine for a year and haven’t gained any weight.
