Do you think I am allergic to Hoodia or is this a common side effect?

I’ve tried Hoodia about three times now and really like the appetitie supressing effect I get when I take it. But every time I try Xenical Online it about 3 or 4 days into it my glands really swell up in my neck. Could I be allergic to it or is this a common side effect?
I could not find any information about that being a common side effect. Most articles I found did warn about the possibility of an allergic reaction especially if you are prone to be allergic to plants.
