Does anybody know if the Hoodia diet patch works?

I don’t buy pain pills online without prescription want to take pills because I think they’re addictive and bad for you. So I was wondering if anybody knows if the Hoodia patch is addictive, if it’s safe, if it works.
A patch is medicine too, it is just absorbed through your skin. It has the same effects as if you take it by mouth
