I am exercising and dieting but want to know if anyone has ever tried hoodia and if so what was your results from using it? I need that extra push , i already exercise and drink lots of water but i think by the way they talk about it, it may help me lose pills online without prescription faster. Thanks for your input.

Go Natural…….
Personally I think 100% Hoodia in tablets is best!
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
I tried many diet pills/shakes/bars with no or little results.
Than I tried Hoodia and……
Hoodia has worked for me…and with no side effects.
For all you doubters, here is the prior feedback for another Answers user who followed my advice:

**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF —
#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia…look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
Hoodia (HOOD-ee-uh) gordonii – A genus of 10 to 20 species from southwestern Africa.
Hoodia gordonii is the stoneage wonder plant found throughout the dry arid regions of the South western African continent now on the verge of making history in the fight against obesity. It is a genus belonging to the Asclepiadaceae family which consists of approximately 20 species. Used to stop hunger, quench thirst, and provide energy among other things since prehistoric times, Hoodia gordonii was first discovered by the San tribesmen and women to get through the most difficult of times.
You can read a good article about how it works at:

it makes you not hungry…i doubt itz healthy tho
All of those pills say to take them while dieting and exercising. Guess what? It’s the diet and exercise that gets rid of the weight, not the pills. Save your money.
It does indeed work because it acts as an appetite suppressant so if you combine it with your existing diet you’ll see the weight start to drop within about 2 weeks.
The pills are made from the Hoodia plant which is originally found in South Africa and has been used by the locals as a successful diet aid for years.
This stuff is an appetite suppresant, but does not seem to directly impact metabolism. It seems to be especially appropriate for those who crave carbohydrates, above all else, but there are already options that fall within this category, Relora, for instance. I’d say it works for 50% of those who try it.
a negative calorie diet would work better
