Only answer if youve used this product and had results!!! If you have ever used it tell me how it worked out —http://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/cvs/gateway/detail?prodid=330356&previousURI=/CVSApp/cvs/gateway/search?ActiveCat=499^Query=hoodia –or is that a bad brand ? And if it is where can i get something that cheap that works, at a store?

Hoodia is an appetite suppressant — plain and simple.
One of the answers you’ve gotten stated that there aren’t any clinicals supporting the use of Hoodia Gordonii but that isn’t correct. There are a number of clinicals including double-blind, placebo-controlled studies.
According to the studies the participants took 3 grams (3,000 milligrams) each day and were able to reduce, on average, approximately 1000 calories per day (this would equate to about a pound every 3.5 days or so).
Unfortunately, there are a LOT of different grades of hoodia on the market. Any hoodia product that comes in ‘patch’ form I’d be wary of because getting a transdermal applicator that actually works with hoodia would be difficult due to the molecule size of the plant.
If you need a recommendation on the brand you can email me. My wife and I both use it and I recommend it to many of my clients.

I wouldn’t count on it.There seems to be no real clinical evidence to support any claims.Being diet consious and excersising are the only sure fire cures. But you can try this because there is evidence to support it.If you excesise use some caffeine and a baby aspirin before hand. This helps to release fat into your bloodstream to be used as feul.It is inportant to remember that your boby stores fat as a long term supply of energy so it will go after other forms of enegy first. This is a genetic quirk from the time that we lived in caves and weren’t sure where our next meal was coming from.
Hi, i’ve tried the patches and they seemed to stop me snacking, but that may just be psychological, certainly don’t expect a dramatic reduction in your appetite. but they don’t hurt. i hope they work for you. a really good natural way to aid weight loss i have found, is to suppport your liver. the best liver herb is milk thistle – it protects your liver from alcohol and unhealthy food, which allows the liver to carry out metabolism better, and improve your general health. i found it improved my skin and hair too.
