I am trying to loose cheap prescription drugs without prescription about 15 pounds and started using hoodia. I lift weights about 3 times a week and eat pretty healty no processed foods. I usually have cottage cheese with flax seeds for breakfast, salad or edaname beans for lunch and a meat and vegetable for dinner but I still am not loosing anything. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

With Hoodia I lost 4lbs the first week! After a month, I’m down 13Lbs!
Personally I think 100% Hoodia in tablets is best!
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
The problem w/Hoodia is 90%+ are scams. The real Hoodia is expensive and only the one imported from S.Africa has been show to work.
Many people go for the low cost scam Hoodia and have no results!
**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF —
#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia…look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
You can read a good article about how it works at:

Hoodia is just an appetite suppressant. It is not necessary unless you have over-eating problems.
I would suggest eating 5 smaller meals per day instead of 3. Dont consume high carbs and fats in the same meal. They are both good for you but should be eaten seperately. Also, do some cardio and when you lift, don’t forget to work the chest, back, and legs because they are the largest muscle groups and burn the most calories.
Also, it should be known that pfizer tried to market hoodia but it was too difficult to synthesize and they said the extract would never get approval by the FDA because it can cause liver damage.
Hi,
I’ve tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It’s all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn’t exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they’re running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I’m going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
The pharmaceutical company Pfizer stopped development of a supplement using hoodia ingredients since there were indications that Hoodia may cause liver damage. I found this info at http://www.toloseweight.org/hoodia.html
I agree with the poster above (George M). I also bought the Hoodia from http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php
They’re only $4.97 for 2 weeks including shipping and they work well.
