I am currently attempting to lose a decent ammount of weight ( not anything crazy, just 10 lbs in 2 weeks or more if possible) and have been working out by boxing (hitting Online Generic pharmacy heavy bag) running (a mile 3 days a week), lifting weights ( 2-3 times a week) and eating properly (watching carbs along with quality and content of food).

I have been doing so for a month without a whole lot of results.
I am 22, 5′9” and weigh 195 but would like to be between 180 and 185 in 2 weeks. I’m not considering anything insane because I do consider myself healthy and would like to stay that way, but I have heard of this hoodia gordonii plant that suppresses hunger.

By suppressing hunger, won’t you be more tired and have less energy and nutrients, which eventually hurt you when working out?

Is there anything else you can suggest in 2 weeks so I can see results?
