hoodia weight loss?
Ok, I read that hoodia plant is a very rare plant, and that the mass production of it is actually synthetic stuff thats just as bad for you as all that other weight loss stuff. but then my friends husband recently lost 90lbs on the stuff. Has anyone tried this, or know of a friend who has? Has it worked for you/them? Thanks ![]()
Joya – thanks & I do. I walk or ride my bike with prescription drugs online without prescription my german shepherd up to 10 miles a day, I also eat only soy & salads…nothing else. I have lost some (from 180 to 150) but I should weigh about 110-120 so am still overweight and it’s not coming off anymore
I am struggling just to keep what I’ve lost off, even tho I’ve vamped up the exercise.

It works for some and not for others.
One customer, a woman, lost 63 pounds in 5 months taking Hoodia. She still ate junk, but only took one bite. Others say it didn’t work.
Good luck and be well.

Hope that helps.
My husband tried it for about 6 months (he’s not particularly overweight, but wanted to get in better shape). Some weight did come off; it does work to suppress the appetite.
However, if you really want to lose the fat and keep it off, it’s just very basic, and it’s the "hard work". There are no magic pills, teas, patches, etc, — you have to eat nutritionally, and exercise, especially resistance work (build the muscle). If you don’t have adequate protein intake, your body will begin to take the protein from your muscles, and so, yes you can lose weight, but you’re losing MUSCLE. Plus, exercise and a good food plan will improve your health overall, for the long run. Better investment!
