I’m just wondering if anyone has tried it and what their experience was. I’m trying to shave off 20 very stubborn pounds… I exercise 5 days a week (cardio either exercise bike or tredmill/thighmaster/ab wheel/elastic bands/stretching) and I eat a healthy organic/low calorie diet buy antibiotics and the pounds are just staying there! So, I want to try Hoodia to go along with it. Any advice/experiences?

It sounds like you’re doing a lot of things right! Good for you!
All hoodia does is suppress appetite. It does not burn fat. So unless you are hungry all the time and it causes you to overeat (which doesn’t sound like you), you definitely don’t need hoodia diet pills.
I’ve provided a link below to my website where I have written extensively on hoodia if you’re interested on getting more detailed information on hoodia as far as what it can and cannot do.
Now, as for your specific situation, I suspect one possible reason you may not be losing that extra weight is due to your caloric intake. You said it’s a "low calorie diet." Low calories aren’t necessarily good when it comes to weight loss.
You don’t specify how much you weigh or how many calories you are currently consuming, but I’d look into that some more. You may not be eating enough especially given all the exercise you are doing. When you exercise alot, your body needs fuel – and lots of it. If you aren’t getting enough, your metabolism will slow down to preserver the little fuel you give it.
Another suggestion is to try what’s called, "cyclical feeding." I’ve provided another link below to an article on that subject.
Good luck to you.

If it worked we would all be thin
I tried it and it didn’t do a thing except make me lose the money I spent on it!
They dont work at all? how much time do you excercise every day? Cardio can be combined with weight lifting. Also low fat products, and low carbs are not so recomendable sometimes, probably you will need to take less calories and burn more, try to make your heart pump fast, not supper fast there is a rule 220 minues half of your age is around the 85% to 95% of your heart rate, so you need at least to pump your heart around 65% to burn enough fat. Please no diet sodas, not flavored water, Plain water is good. Thread mill is ok, try to switch treadmil one day, bike next, steppers next and so on.
hoodia worked for my girlfriend but it took forever and it made her sick a few times. have heard its usually ok. if losing some pounds of any description is what you want then I used a great website and coach who helped me. They were very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so fairly easily. The website is http://www.myhealthabcmall.com once you fill in your details then you can see the full range of products they have. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight, its all nutrition based.
I lost all my weight in less than three months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them, the tips you get and encouragement are excellent (their advice and time is FREE). I am still with them so I stay healthy. If you just want to buy the products and not use the coaching then you can do that aswell, there is a link in there to email them so you can tell them you just want to buy and not speak to anyone. The owners will even advise you via email on what to purchase depending on what you want to lose, my sister did it this way (she was more self conscious than me) and lost 76 pounds in less than five months. These guys are just great, try them.
