For the past couple of weeks I’ve reduced my calorie intacke to 1500/day. Used Jenny Craig before and had great results, but hell that gets expensive. Any tips or tricks of the trade that may help me as far as the dieting portion? Should I try Hoodia? Tea? WHAT???? Help me I am 22 now and its getting harder to do. By the way, I have 30 lbs to loose.
