None of them, ive tried every diet pill there is and they’re all bad and make you feel awful. Best way to lose weight is to increase your metabolism and to build some lean muscle which well then burn off fat
There are brands that work, not many though. Everybody wants to knock hoodia off for a quick buck.
So do you really need it, Hoodia will keep you from being hungry and thirsty, but if your BMI is over 27 and you can remember to drink plenty of liquids hoodia is a good boost to your weight loss.
