Also, before you BUY anything, check for reviews on it…on non sales sites…like amazon.com or epinions.com or one called something like… threefatchicksonadiet.com or threefatchicks.com
I have read about hoodia too, and most products contain ZERO hoodia or not enough to matter. Also, its being disputed whether anything here contains actual hoodia as seen in those long ago interviews in mexico.
DO consider talking to your doctor. There are several medications that really DO keep you from being hungry. Many of them are for something else, like miagraines etc. but their side effect is zero hunger.
Lastly, if you get to where you want to lose and put some effort into it, rather than just a pill, check out atkins. It works, it’s medically proven. You get to eat meat, cheese, eggs every day. It puts your body into KETOSIS which is where you are going to lose, for sure. The key though, to Atkins, is to stick to it. It’s not a diet you can cheat on. 20 g carbs a day, and those come from veggies, not low carb treats or products.

*** By the way, watch for ‘reviews’ that sound like advertisements. If ten folks say the product stinks, does nothing, and one says all good things, explains the product and the background of the company..watch out!
I am unsure as I live in Australia and it is illegal to import hoodia products without a permit.
Hoodia is supposed to suppress your appetite….. I am sceptical on diet pills all together … really if you reduce your calorie intake to about 1200 calories you do not need diet pills, in my opinion

Hoodia has worked for me…and with no side effects.
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia…look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
