My cousin had a baby and gained a lot of weight soma online without prescription over it..
shes now busy with the baby and she cannot go to the gym or anything cause shes a single mom and has lost her confidence due to weight gain..

None of that works…..I tried them before she needs to cut down her calorie intake to 1300 calories a day also try out the B12 vitamin it gives you energy. I also went to this weight doctor I followed his diet and lost it in a couple of months intaking 1300 calories a day. It does take time to lose weight after having a baby (I been there) don’t get discourage stick with it you will lose it. Good Luck.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
