Where can I buy effective Hoodia pills?

I’ve researched, and i’m reading that the hoodia pills sold in most chain stores don’t have the buying prescription drugs online right amount of real hoodia gordonii in them. Where else can I buy them?
If the pills were THAT effective, they’d be available everywhere and the obesity epidemic would be over. Think about it.
