Will hoodia work as well if you take it with food?

I just started taking hoodia and the bottle says to take it one hour before meals. I know some medications work differently if you take them with or without food, and I was just wondering if it was okay to take hoodia WITH food or if this would make it not work as well. drugs store Sometimes I don’t like to take pills on an empty stomach because they upset my stomach. Thanks for any info you can provide!
It will still work just not as effectively. When taken on an empty stomach, the hoodia is released into your blood stream, boosting your metabolism and decreasing your appetite. When you take it with food, not as much hoodia is absorbed directly into the system, decreasing its effect.
